By using ExitCall ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
ExitCall is a mobile application that simulates incoming phone calls to help you leave uncomfortable situations. The App uses text-to-speech to generate voice content during simulated calls.
Subscriptions
ExitCall offers optional in-app subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.
Free Trial
New users receive a free trial period with full access. After the trial expires, some features require a paid subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ExitCall for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in ExitCall are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
ExitCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of simulated calls.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
